About Hannah

I am staff photographer, videographer and photo editor at The Keene Sentinel in Keene, New Hampshire. I graduated 2019 from Ohio University with a double major in photojournalism, in the Viscom program, and Spanish. My understanding of the world around me has always been best articulated through the lens of a camera. It is my preferred method of storytelling, be it still or video. Photojournalism is the natural extension of my curiosity of the world around me and how I best express what I have learned from my life experiences. I have learned invaluable information about community and storytelling from my homes in Appalachia, abroad, and on internships with The Gazette in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

My job is to share the story of others spanning cultural, gender, race, orientation and socioeconomic differences. People tell their own stories best and as a journalist we are the vehicle for conveying and seeker of these stories.

Open to relocation for job offers. Available for freelance. Strong Spanish language skills.
